What to write about

• Abuse reports. A short link pointing at phishing, malware or illegal content. Include the full link — it is disabled on verification.
• Removal requests. A link you created, or one that points at content you own. Include the short link; see the privacy policy for what is stored.
• Bugs. A link that opens the browser when the app is installed. Include the link, the phone, and the app you tapped it from — that combination is what determines the behaviour.
• Anything else — feature requests, advertising, press.

Response time

This is a one-person project run alongside a full-time job. Abuse reports are handled first, usually within a day or two; everything else may take longer. There is no support phone number and no live chat.
